Another Realm Compliance is a trade name operated by CBUS Express Transport Limited. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Another Realm Compliance; "you" and "your" refer to the client or site owner engaging our services. By requesting a quote, scheduling testing, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide independent, third-party physical compliance testing and inspection for underground and aboveground storage tank (UST/AST) systems, including line and leak-detector testing, tank tightness testing, annual inspections, release-detection verification, secondary containment testing, and spill bucket testing. Specific testing requirements vary by system configuration; we confirm the exact scope and schedule for your site before work begins.
Quotes and Scheduling
Prices shown on this website are standard rates and are estimates only; a firm quote is confirmed for your specific site and the tests due. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Scheduling is confirmed by mutual agreement, and dates may be adjusted for weather, site conditions, access, or regulatory factors.
Client Responsibilities
- Site access: You are responsible for providing safe, timely, and unobstructed access to the site and to the equipment to be tested at the scheduled time.
- Accuracy of information: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the tank, piping, and system information you provide (including configuration, product, and equipment details). Testing scope, results, and pricing depend on this information.
- Compliance decisions: You remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations, filings, and operational decisions. We provide testing and documentation; we do not assume your compliance obligations.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a written quote or agreement, invoices are due on receipt. Trip minimums, mileage, and any travel-related costs are billed as described in your quote. Returned or unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in good faith and in accordance with generally accepted industry testing methods. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for conditions arising from inaccurate information provided by you, pre-existing equipment defects, or matters outside our reasonable control.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. If you opt in, Another Realm Compliance sends text messages related to your service request — including quote and scheduling coordination, appointment confirmations and reminders, and compliance deadline reminders.
Message types. Transactional and service messages such as quote follow-ups, scheduling, appointment reminders, and testing/compliance deadline reminders.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request and your testing schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

If you opt in to SMS, we use your phone number and consent record to send the messages described in our Terms.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Information
Your information is stored in our secure customer records system and is accessible only to authorized personnel. We retain it as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
SMS Consent and Sharing
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Your Choices
